Kristen Dunst, Melancholia Take Top Movie Essenti Awards

Kirsten Dunst and the apocalyptic excitement “Melancholia” won top awards from the National World of Movie Experts, which also known as Dunst best celebrity. Kaira Pitt won best acting professional for “Moneyball” and “The Shrub of Life.”

In a year packed with strong competitors, the Lars von Trier film triumphed, but von Trier never win for best manager. That prize went to Terrence Malick for “The Shrub of Life,” a magical period piece with luxurious cinematography. It also won that prize.
